We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Brand Manager for an important global company, who will lead the development and execution of brand strategies that enhance our market position and drive customer engagement across all channels. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in retail & wholesale marketing, brand management, and consumer insights, with the ability to translate brand vision into impactful experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints including in-store, digital, packaging, and communications (sports or fashion industry is preferred).
  • Plan and implement seasonal campaigns in collaboration with sales and merchandising teams.
  • Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to manage brand strategies.
  • Monitor retail trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Work closely with product, sales, visual merchandising, and digital teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
  • Liaise with external agencies for creative development, advertising, and media planning.
  • Manage brand and campaign budgets efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Marketing, Business, or related field, MBA preferred
  • 8-10 years of brand management experience, preferably in a retail or consumer goods environment.
  • Advanced English skills is a must.
  • Excellent project management, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Experience working with external agencies and managing cross-functional teams.
