  • Support the Brand Manager in developing and executing marketing plans.
  • Analyze and track brand performance through reports.
  • Manage payments to suppliers and create SAP POs.
  • Coordinate agency briefs for activities and communication plans.
  • Maintain communication with PR agency on events and activations.
  • Provide briefs to the design team for marketing materials.
  • Assist in new product launches and execution planning.
  • Support social media ad campaigns on Meta & TikTok.

Overview

Brand Assistant

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional with 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing roles within consumer goods, beauty, or personal care industries to join Revlon as a Brand Assistant. Responsibilities
  • Support the Brand Manager in developing and executing marketing plans.
  • Analyze and track brand performance through monthly Sell-In & Sell-Out reports and Nielsen SOM reports, identifying key trends and opportunities.
  • Manage payments to suppliers (SAP PO creation and invoice follow-up).
  • Coordinate agency briefs for monthly activities and communication plans.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with the PR agency on events, influencer marketing, and activations.
  • Provide weekly briefs to the design team for marketing materials.
  • Assist in new product launches and 360° execution planning.
  • Support social media ad campaigns (Meta & TikTok).
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or Advertising.
  • Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing roles
  • Languages: Intermediate English.
  • Specific Skills:
  • Business Skills: Intermediate-Advanced Level of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Vlookup, Match, Index functions, and macros). Nielsen or similar & SAP
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong analytical mindset—ability to work with data, generate insights, and recommend strategic actions. Problem-solving expertise to navigate challenges and optimize marketing efforts. Project management and ability to multitask effectively. Passion for beauty and cosmetics.
