The Branch Customer Service Coordinator I, based within the Mexico Global Resource Center (GRC), plays a critical role in supporting the Business Development Group (BDG). This position is responsible for facilitating customer interactions by addressing inquiries, coordinating special customer requests, and resolving issues to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. This is a bilingual role requiring professional verbal and written fluency in English to effectively support a diverse customer base and internal stakeholders.
- Verifies and expedites customer orders to ensure accuracy and secure on-time delivery, including coordination of special requests with the Branch Coordination group.
- Responds to customer inquiries regarding order status via phone and email by accessing and interpreting information from the sales database.
- Coordinates issue resolution in collaboration with Sales Representatives and customers to ensure a seamless sales-to-shipment process.
- Assists Sales Representatives in processing customer quotes by performing stock checks and retrieving delivery timelines using supplier systems.
- Reviews and processes order confirmation files with a focus on accuracy and data integrity, contributing to minimal sales errors and a high standard of service quality.
- Participates in TTI’s Total Quality process by adhering to established procedures and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provides administrative and customer support to Sales Representatives, including returning customer calls, sending samples and sales literature, and managing return authorizations and replacement orders.
- Maintains consistent, professional, and collaborative communication with U.S., Canada, and Mexico branch teams, fostering efficient remote work practices.
- Actively participates in scheduled branch meetings and discussions via live chat, video calls, or phone, ensuring engagement and alignment with team priorities.
- Upholds a high level of professionalism in all customer and internal interactions, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Performs additional duties as assigned to support departmental and organizational goals.
