The Kraft Heinz Company in Mexico City is seeking a SKU Analysis and BOM Maintenance SME within the GBS group to join the Supply Chain Finance team. You will support plant controllers across North America and ensure BOM data accuracy aligned with corporate reporting and profitability goals.

You will lead BOM creation, SKU analysis, and standard cost updates, with strong ERP/system experience (SAP/Oracle). This role requires analytical rigor, data management skills, and clear English

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Admin, Engineering, Data Science or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in finance/data analytics.
• Experience with Excel, Snowflake, Power BI, and ERP systems is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee creation and maintenance of all BOMs, scrap rates, outputs, and labor per SKU.
• Analyze SKUs across plants to identify lowest cost producers and coordinate with scheduling.
• Lead continuous improvement of financial processes and act as SME for ERP and planning systems.
• Ensure standard costs for production BOMs are correct and up to date for standard cost rolls.
• Identify and lead initiatives to improve BOM creation, reporting, and data integrity.
• Perform variance analysis (standard vs actual costs) and explain results to management.
