Job summary

Edgewell Personal Care is seeking a Production Plant Manager to lead and manage all manufacturing processes across the plant to deliver safe, reliable and cost-effective production while meeting customer demand and quality requirements.

You will direct Production Supervisors and technical personnel; establish standards, coordinate with Quality, Engineering and Maintenance, and drive continuous improvement through data-based management.

Qualifications

• Lead and manage all manufacturing processes across the plant.
• Direct Production Supervisors, Team Leaders and technical personnel.
• Establish operational standards and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Own execution of blades manufacturing operations and ensure production schedules, output, delivery and customer requirements are met.
• Establish daily management routines, escalation processes and accountability for performance across shifts and manufacturing areas.
• Monitor and improve OEE, throughput, labor productivity, cycle time, scrap, rework and schedule attainment.
• Identify capacity constraints and coordinate timely corrective actions to restore stable production performance.
