Formación

Responsibilities:

• Support the Latam/BR Affiliate and KOL Program end-to-end: strategy and planning per semester including discovery, contracting, management, briefing, activation, reporting, and evaluation;
• Manage the current KOLs & Affiliate portfolio with communication, organization, and reporting;
• Support branding initiatives for marketing events, campaigns, launches, and PR/communications;
• Ensure correct usage of internal tools (e.g., Impact);
• Provide feedback and insights from the KOL community to the local team;
• Identify key KOLs/Influencers from different segments in the region for potential collaboration;
• Assist in managing campaigns, events, and incentive programs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Event Management; exposure to digital marketing planning and execution, with experience working with influencers, preferably in event/social media agencies, crypto exchanges, fintech, eCommerce, tech, or gaming;
• Experience in community management and event organization is required;
• Strong copywriting skills;
• Video editing skills and experience with FIGMA for social media content creation;
• Strong interest and knowledge in crypto/blockchain/technology space;
• Highly organized, able to manage time effectively, and comfortable working across time zones and multiple projects;
• Language skills: Spanish and English;
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment with multiple moving parts.
