Your missions

• Facilitating Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Supporting agile teams in adopting Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
• Training and advising teams on best agile practices.
• Identifying and removing blockers affecting team performance.
• Collaborating with Product Owners to ensure backlog prioritization.
• Analyzing project metrics and reporting progress to stakeholders.
• Fostering collaboration and responsibility within the team.
• Supporting the team during PI Planning and ART processes in SAFe.

Your profile

• Experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
• Knowledge of agile frameworks: Scrum, Kanban, SAFe.
• Previous experience in technology projects or software development.
• Certification: CSM, PSM, or SAFe Agilist (or similar).
• Academic background in engineering or related fields.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• You know how to foster a collaborative environment and continuous improvement.
