- Gross Monthly Salary: $42,000 - $45,000

What is your day to day?
- Manages daily facilities operations and workplace services for client offices.
- Ensures an exceptional workplace experience for employees and visitors.
- Coordinates service delivery, responds to workplace needs, and supports office operations.
- Acts as a frontline workplace ambassador and primary contact for facilities services.
- Coordinates daily workplace operations (cleaning, maintenance, service delivery).
- Processes and manages workplace service requests.
- Supports onboarding of new employees regarding workplace services.
- Manages space changes (moves, adds, changes to workstations).
- Manages inventory and ordering of office supplies, furniture, and essentials.
- Coordinates with vendors and service providers.
- Conducts regular facility inspections and quality assurance checks.
- Coordinates meeting room setups and event arrangements.
- Supports visitor management and reception services.
- Assists with workplace projects, improvements and sustainability initiatives.
- Maintains accurate records of workplace assets and inventory.
- Supports emergency response procedures and business continuity activities.
Desired experience and technical skills
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in facilities coordination, office management, or similar role
- Advanced level of English
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills
- Experience with service request management and problem resolution
- Knowledge of facility operations and workplace services
- Proficiency with workplace management systems and MS Office applications
- Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Excellent communication skills in English (and local language where applicable)
- Adaptability to changing priorities in a dynamic environment
- Experience coordinating with service providers or vendors
- Background in inventory management or space coordination
