Available Positions

• Inbound Bilingual Sales & Sr Customer Care Jobs

Offering unmatched service, with benefits including an enhanced salary:

• Sales position: Monthly Base Salary: MXN$20,775 (pre-tax) plus an average monthly bonus of MXN$8,000 for meeting sales and service targets.
• Customer Care position: Fixed base salary.

All roles include:

• Monthly grocery vouchers MXN$1,519 (every 14 days)
• Monthly restaurant vouchers MXN$1,216 (every 14 days)

Qualifications

• Available to start September 2025
• Advanced conversational English to communicate seamlessly with U.S. customers
• Experience in sales, customer care, billing, collections, or similar roles is preferred
• Ability to train/work 40 hours/week during operation hours from 7:00 am to 6:15 pm CST, Monday to Saturday (considering DST & holidays)
• Must work in the office 100% of the time

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service & billing support, resolve account issues
• Build rapport, ask discovery questions, show empathy, and understand customer needs
• Offer personalized solutions, recommend plans, reduce data usage, or promote services
• Products include Telephone Services, hotspots, devices, DIRECTV, Internet, and business systems
• Sales include upgrades, plan changes, and adding new services

This is NOT a remote job. Work will be onsite starting from training day. Confirm your availability during the interview. Remote or hybrid options are not currently available.
