Vertiv is seeking a Procurement Excellence Operations Analyst to partner with the Americas Procurement team, coordinating and expediting Commercial Change Order activities and ensuring timely supplier response and SLA adherence. This role involves liaising with suppliers, Category Managers, Engineering, MDM and Procurement to drive sourcing requirements and change management.

• Manage and expedite Commercial Change Order (CCO) activities from RFQs through completion.
• Coordinate with suppliers to obtain quotations and required sourcing information in English and Spanish.
• Follow up proactively to ensure timely responses and maintain SLA adherence.
• Review documentation for completeness and coordinate with Category Managers for approvals.
