Vertiv seeks a Procurement Excellence Operations Analyst to partner with the Americas Procurement team, coordinating CCO activities, supplier quotes, and change management across procurement operations.

Fluency in English and Spanish, strong analytical skills, and experience with SharePoint, Excel, Power BI and Smartsheets are required to drive supplier communications and performance improvements.

Formación

• 1-4 years of experience in supply chain analysis or related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree as stated in qualifications.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Analytical, detail-oriented and results-driven.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and expedite CCO activities under Procurement from sent RFQs through completion.
• Coordinate with suppliers to obtain quotations, confirmations, and required sourcing information. Uses both Spanish and English language to communicate.
• Conduct proactive follow-ups and escalations to ensure timely supplier responses.
• Review Change Orders and validate completeness of documentation and requirements.
• Provide regular updates of KPI dashboards to ensure completeness and accuracy.
