Vertiv seeks a Procurement Excellence Operations Analyst in Monterrey to partner with the Americas Procurement team. You will coordinate and expedite Commercial Change Order activities, ensuring timely completion, supplier responsiveness, and adherence to SLAs.

The role requires bilingual communication and collaboration across Supply Chain, Engineering, and Procurement teams. Responsibilities include monitoring RFQs, following up with suppliers, validating documentation, and driving process

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, supply chain management, business, or related field.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Minimum of 2 years of analytical experience performing detailed analyses and supplier outreach/communications.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and expedite CCO activities under Procurement from RFQs through completion.
• Coordinate with suppliers to obtain quotations and information; communicate in Spanish and English.
• Conduct proactive follow-ups and escalations to ensure timely supplier responses.
• Review Change Orders and validate completeness of documentation and requirements.
• Provide regular updates of KPI dashboards to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Collaborate with Category Managers, Engineering, MDM, and Procurement teams to resolve issues and drive closure.
• Promote quality governance to mitigate escalations.
• Maintain trackers, dashboards, and reports related to Change Order performance and aging.
• Lead or support process improvement projects and automation initiatives.
