The role collaborates with the Key Account Manager and internal teams to provide efficient service, including invoicing and collections, and requires 3 years of experience, bilingual abilities, and proficiency in Excel, ERP, and CRM.

Responsabilidades

• Manage purchase orders from receipt to final delivery to the client, ensuring compliance with service agreements.
• Collaborate in invoicing and collections and provide detailed follow-up of each order to ensure timely delivery.
• Liaise between the client and internal engineering, production, sales, purchasing, logistics, and finance teams to provide efficient service.
