Relay Human Cloud in Mexico City seeks a detail-oriented Bilingual Buyer and Logistics Analyst to join the operations support team. The role requires at least 1 year of experience in procurement, purchasing, logistics, supply chain, or related fields, and bilingual English/Spanish communication.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, International Business, Logistics, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in procurement, purchasing, logistics, supply chain, inventory control, or related areas.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar platforms.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including reporting and data analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced English proficiency

Responsabilidades

• Support procurement processes, including sourcing activities, quote requests, and purchase order creation.
• Monitor and track purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
• Analyze procurement and logistics data to identify trends, delays, and improvement opportunities.
• Track shipments and provide status updates to internal teams.
• Maintain accurate records of purchasing and logistics transactions within ERP and company systems.
• Assist in supplier performance monitoring and vendor communication.
• Support inventory planning and replenishment activities.
• Prepare reports and dashboards related to procurement, logistics, and supplier performance.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and other departments to support business requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.
