Formación

Overview

We are seeking a Bilingual Operations Specialist in Mexico. This is an on-site position requiring reporting to our Mexico City office.

What You’ll Do

As a Bilingual Operations Specialist, you will support our clients’ pre-employment screening process by delivering accurate and reliable screening results. You will help our clients create safer environments for their employees, customers, and partners. Your attention to detail and drive to complete tasks will ensure the quality and integrity of the screening process.

Responsibilities
  • Handle verifications for high-profile clients.
  • Know customer SOPs and FADV systems.
  • Verify candidate details including current and previous employment, education, licenses, certifications, and references.
  • Contact companies and educational institutions to verify candidate information.
  • Communicate with third parties such as employers, schools, state boards, and online databases to verify information.
  • Write detailed and accurate reports flagging any discrepancies found during verifications.
  • Record confirmed information in First Advantage platforms, ensuring data integrity.
  • Perform quality checks to meet client-specific standards.
  • Meet daily volume and accuracy targets.
  • Perform other related tasks and functions as needed.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
  • At least 1+ year of work experience, preferably in a call center, BPO/KPO environment, and/or with fact-checking responsibilities.
  • Strong communication skills (presentation, written, verbal) and reading comprehension.
  • Typing speed of at least 20 words per minute with 90% accuracy.
  • Familiar with MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Attention to detail and good judgment.
  • Must be bilingual in Spanish & English (verbal and written).
  • Location: Mexico City office (Polanco, CDMX).
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm CST.
Performance and Training

Performance: Setting and executing goals; attending regular 1:1 meetings; participation in employee engagement initiatives.

Training: Attend required internal trainings (e.g., Compliance, Privacy); participate in business unit meetings; may attend internal customer-focused meetings as requested by the manager.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

This role is largely sedentary. It requires the ability to lift and/or carry equipment and files up to 20 pounds, and to walk, bend, or stand as needed. The role operates in a professional office environment and uses standard office equipment, such as computers and phones.
