A staffing and recruiting agency in Guadalajara seeks a Marketing Data Analyst to support a U.S.-based client. You will update marketing reports, maintain data accuracy, and collaborate with an international team. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of experience in analytics, is detail-oriented, and possesses strong reporting skills. Proficiency in Power BI, DOMO, and advanced English is required. This is a full-time associate level position.

Formación

• 1–3 years of experience in reporting, analytics, or marketing data roles.
• Hands-on experience updating reports and pulling marketing data.
• Knowledge of online marketing metrics and concepts.
• Strong ability to identify anomalies and ensure data quality.
• Advanced English level (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Update recurring marketing reports and ensure accuracy of data.
• Pull and organize data from multiple marketing sources.
• Create presentations to support internal and client-facing needs.
• Work with BI tools to build dashboards and streamline reporting.
