With a focus on transparency, efficiency, and personalized service, the client offers end-to-end transportation solutions tailored to each customer's unique needs. Backed by industry expertise and cutting-edge technology, the client ensures shipments are handled with precision and care from dispatch to delivery. POSITION OVERVIEW As a Bilingual Logistics Coordinator, you will play a critical role in managing freight operations, communicating with carriers and drivers, negotiating rates, and ensuring timely and efficient transport of goods. You must be fluent in both Spanish and English, possess strong multitasking and negotiation skills, and have a solid background in transportation management systems. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Handle high-volume, time-sensitive freight coordination
- Negotiate competitive rates with truck drivers and carriers
- Manage multiple calls, place calls on hold, and multitask efficiently
- Ensure no shipment is mishandled or delayed due to communication errors
- Maintain detailed logs of shipment activity and updates
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth delivery processes
REQUIREMENTS - Bilingual in Spanish and English (Required)
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a logistics or freight brokerage role
- Proven experience negotiating rates with carriers or drivers
- Ability to manage time-critical tasks and thrive in a high-pressure environment
- Exceptional multitasking and phone handling skills (e.g., juggling multiple calls)
- Candidates based in South America strongly preferred
- Dialer experience: 3CX experience - nice-to-have (not a must)
- TMS experience is strongly preferred: Tai Software
- Load Board experience (Truck Stop and DAT) is strongly preferred
