Genesis Management LLC. is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager for its Polanco office in Mexico City, working closely with US operations. This hands-on leadership role combines people strategy with day-to-day execution and requires bilingual capabilities in English and Spanish.

The role leads a three-person HR team and reports to the US-based CEO, with ownership of HR functions and direct interaction with senior leadership.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience across Mexico and US operations.
• Deep knowledge of Mexican labor law (LFT, IMSS) and US employment law.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
• Experience leading an HR team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and common workplace systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the full scope of HR operations and manage a three-person team.
• Partner with managers to identify staffing needs and own recruitment lifecycle.
• Administer compensation, benefits, payroll, and performance management.
• Own employee relations, retention, and exit interviews; translate learnings into action.
• Ensure compliance with Mexican and US employment laws; maintain records.
• Design training and development programs aligned with goals.
• Track turnover, hiring, and engagement metrics; advise leadership.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on workforce planning and budgets.
