Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience in Mexico and USA markets, ideally high volume in healthcare.
• Ability to work with standardized, tech-enabled processes and ensure data quality and compliance.
• Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Act as main point of contact for candidates from first interaction through offer.
• Conduct first-round RS interviews and extend offers for high-volume roles.
• Execute core recruiting activities: screening, shortlisting, communication, interview coordination.
• Support senior hiring through shortlist validation and applicant management.
• Keep Workday up-to-date and follow RS process steps and timelines.
• Provide insights to continuously improve candidate experience and RS processes.
