Qualitest is seeking Bilingual Portuguese Engineers to work onsite in Mexico City. You will join a team of QA engineers, developers, pre-sales, and project managers to optimize software for specific locales and languages, ensuring the delivery of the right product in each locale.

The ideal candidate will contribute as an individual contributor to the project, with optional project management responsibilities for a sub-team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide native-language expertise across various topics and help define software needs.
• Serve as expert raters for specific products to assist engineers in software improvement.
• Analyze data and conduct related analyses.
• Collaborate with Search Engineers on advanced algorithm development.
• Diagnose issues and report findings.
• Improve UI and overall product features.
• Assist in adjusting user interfaces to suit local languages.
• Document configurations and explanations.

Requirements:

• No prior experience is necessary; we will provide training. A passion for technology and culture, and the ability to learn quickly, are essential.
• Native speaker of Portuguese (speaking, reading, and writing) with proficiency in English and any other language.
• Creative and out-of-the-box thinking.
• Logical reasoning skills.
• Self-motivation and ability to learn independently.
