Job summary

Gensler is seeking a talented Graphic Designer/Marketing Designer to design, write and produce proposals, presentations and marketing collateral in line with brand standards. You will work with principals and regional marketing to develop innovative materials and support business development across LATAM.

Ideal candidates have 5 years of graphic design or marketing experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and strong English/Spanish bilingual skills.

Qualifications

• 5 years of graphic design or marketing experience, preferably in design, architecture or professional services.
• High proficiency with Adobe programs, especially InDesign.

Responsibilities

• Design, write and produce proposals, presentations, award submissions and other marketing collateral aligned with brand standards.
• Develop new materials to support business development activities.
• Coordinate with communications for photography sessions and channel updates (website, social, editorial).
• Support LATAM market visibility and strategy in collaboration with regional marketing and principals.
