Copeland in Juarez, Mexico is seeking a Customs Assistant to support import and export processes within the Climate Technologies division. You will prepare invoices, manage documentation, and ensure shipments comply with customs regulations under the supervision of the Customs team.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, strong computer skills, bilingual ability, teamwork, and the capacity to work under pressure, with on-site duties in Juarez.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Proficiency with computer systems and MS Office.
• Bilingual English/Spanish ~50% or better.
• Ability to work in a team and under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare virtual import and export invoices in Annex 24 system.
• Prepare import invoices and fill out the check list.
• Prepare consolidated export invoices and related customs documents.
• Prepare import and final export invoices and clearance documents.
• Prepare import of chemicals and manage clearance processes.
• Generate petitions and petitions consolidation in SAAI; track pedimentos.
