We are a company specializing in providing financial services for migrants, and we are looking for our next bilingual telephone customer service executives.

Responsibilities
  1. Type data provided directly from customers. Data entry.
  2. Handle inbound and outbound calls in English.
  3. Provide information and resolve any questions, requests, or problems the client might have. NOTE: No sales.
Information Security Responsibilities:
  1. Read, acknowledge, and comply with Viamericas Staff Information Security Policy via the Information Security training portal within 30 days of hire and annually thereafter.
  2. Attend periodic Information Security training provided by Viamericas.
  3. Report any event that might be an Information Security Incident, such as clicking on a malicious link or opening a suspicious file.

Requirements
  1. Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
  2. Excellent customer service skills.
  3. Flexible schedule.
  4. High school diploma.
  5. Customer service experience is desirable but not required.
  6. Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office, Windows, and internet browsers.
  7. Complete documentation: Resume, address, INE, RFC (Constancia de Situación Fiscal), CURP, NSS, and two letters of recommendation (personal and from previous jobs).
  8. Proof of Covid-19 vaccination.
