• Attend to customers via email and phone calls.
• Manage and update the company's social media accounts.
• Create visual content for social media using design tools.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
• HS diploma or equivalent w/1-year excellent customer service experience; phone/email sales experience preferred.
• Must be highly organized and detail oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with clients and coworkers.
• 95-100% English proficiency required. (spoken & written).
