Peerless-AV is seeking a Customer Care Representative to provide accurate product information and support to both new and existing customers. This on-site role collaborates with Sales, Accounting, Production and Shipping to ensure orders are processed correctly and shipped on time.

The position requires 2 years of customer service experience, bilingual Spanish/English, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and AI platforms. Mon-Fri, 9:00–18:00, on-site in Nuevo León.

Formación

• 2 years minimum experience in customer service or related area.
• Bilingual Spanish and English required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Willingness to learn internal processes (POs, RMAs, ETAs).

Responsabilidades

• Generate and send invoices to customers.
• Send tracking numbers and manage order-related inquiries.
• Process Purchase Orders and assist with general product inquiries.
• Follow up on warranty cases and communicate ETAs with customers.
• Maintain internal documents and documentation control.
• Coordinate with Sales, Accounting, Production and Shipping to ensure on-time shipments.
