Monks is seeking a Project Manager to serve as the central operational manager, acting as the main contact for client operational teams and overseeing squad onboarding, content pipelines, tool integrations, and real-time delivery tracking.

Responsibilities include onboarding newsroom workflows, coordinating daily content cadences, liaising between writers and client leads, and ensuring content launches meet deadlines.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in digital project management, traffic coordination, or editorial operations within media or agency networks.
• Advanced hands-on proficiency with Airtable, CMS environments, and digital production pipelines.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to track high-volume daily deliverables across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish.

Aufgaben

• Onboard and manage newsroom workflows across operational tools (Airtable, Live Editor CMS, Slack channels).
• Manage daily content ordering cadences and track output delivery velocity across syndicated, transcreated, and original editorial deliverables.
• Act as the daily operational liaison between newsroom writers, creative producers, and international client leads.
• Monitor schedule milestones to ensure all backfill and launch content publishes on schedule.
