Detail Cleaning Services is seeking a bilingual social media manager to craft engaging bilingual content and manage our online voice across platforms. You will develop posts, reels, and videos, and write captions in both English and Spanish to reflect our brand.

This fully remote role requires creativity, reliability, and proactive engagement with audiences. Responsibilities include analytics, trend monitoring, supporting hiring and marketing campaigns, and contributing to SEO-friendly content.

Formación

• Bilingual: English and Spanish fluency required.
• Experience in social media or community management.
• Strong writing and communication skills in both languages.
• Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube best practices.
• Ability to generate creative content ideas and manage remote workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a bilingual social media strategy.
• Create posts, reels, videos, stories, and written content.
• Write English and Spanish captions aligned with brand voice.
• Respond promptly and professionally to comments and messages.
• Track analytics and prepare monthly engagement reports.
• Monitor trends and competitors; support campaigns and culture initiatives.
• Assist in basic email marketing tasks and SEO-friendly content.
