Lone Star Dealer Services is seeking a Collector / Customer Service Representative (On-Site) to engage with customers in English and Spanish, document conversations in the CRM, and meet set collection goals. The role demands strong communication, organization, and a high level of professionalism on calls.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in collections or customer service, experience with CRM systems, and solid Excel skills.

Formación

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is REQUIRED.
• 2–3 years of Collections and/or Customer Service experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong phone presence and professional telephone etiquette.
• Experience using CRM systems and data entry accuracy.
• Intermediate Excel skills and fast-paced multitasking capability.

About the Position

We are looking for a highly motivated Bilingual Collector with excellent customer service skills and strong attention to detail. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, confident on the phone, and committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences while meeting collection goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact customers regarding past-due accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements professionally.
• Deliver outstanding customer service on every interaction.
• Accurately document all customer conversations in the CRM.
• Review accounts for accuracy and follow up as needed.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Bilingual (English & Spanish) – REQUIRED.
• Minimum 2 - 3 years of Collections and/or Customer Service experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong phone presence and professional telephone etiquette.
• Experience handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
• Experience using CRM systems.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, basic formulas).
• Strong computer and data entry skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience collecting U.S. consumer accounts.
• Experience with auto finance or BHPH portfolios.
• Familiarity with dialer systems and skip-tracing tools.
