The Law Offices of Robert M. Geller, P.A. in Guadalajara, Jalisco (in-office role) seeks a dependable bilingual Client Support Assistant to communicate with English-speaking clients and help move cases forward. This position is 100% in-office, with a Monday–Friday schedule.

Starting salary is 17,000 MXN per month plus statutory benefits and department bonus opportunities. Paid training is provided to get you up to speed, and long-term growth opportunities are available within the firm.

Formación

• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Client service, customer service, call center, office, or legal experience.
• Professional and confident phone communication.
• Strong computer and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate with clients by phone, email, and secure messaging.
• Assist clients with document requests, appointments, and case-related updates.
• Follow up on missing information and deadlines.
• Document communications and update case files.
• Coordinate with attorneys and other team members to address client needs.
