Lyra Health in Mexico City is seeking an experienced Bilingual Emotional Consultant to serve as the primary contact for employees facing acute mental health challenges. You will operate in a high-volume, fast-paced environment delivering crisis containment, brief evidence-based interventions, and case management in English and Spanish.

This full-time role requires a psychology degree with licensure, CBT expertise, and proficiency with Salesforce and Google Suite.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with valid Professional License (Cédula Profesional)
• Minimum 3 years of direct clinical practice in CBT
• Advanced English level (C1/C2)
• Experience with Salesforce, Google Suite, and telehealth platforms
• Ability to work under 24-hour Critical Incident SLAs
• Support for a diverse, international workforce
