Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher education preferred for progression.
• Basic understanding of the auto finance industry.
• Empathetic with difficult situations and active listening.
• Excellent customer service techniques, preferably in a call center.
• Fluent English and intermediate MS Office skills.
• Ability to work onsite at Aguascalientes.
• Availability to work 48 hours per week.
• Shift coverage may include early mornings and evenings, Mon-Sat.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from customers and businesses regarding loans and leases.
• Identify current account status for Retail and Lease accounts across various topics.
• Maintain a Quality Standard on calls, aiming for 85%+ under the call model.
• Use tools and resources to resolve concerns and minimize callbacks.
• Adhere to guidelines to achieve 95% adherence.
