Job Role: The Performance & PgMO lead oversees performance management and project governance, ensuring KPIs and SLAs are met, while developing strategies for process improvement and regional results enhancement.

Work Details:

• Address: Paseo de la Reforma, Cuauhtémoc, CDMX
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm
• Modality: Hybrid

Daily Responsibilities:

• Monitor contract performance against KPIs and SLAs
• Analyze data to identify trends and risks
• Develop strategies for process improvements
• Prepare performance reports and presentations
• Conduct performance reviews and recommend actions
• Lead project management teams in a matrix organization
• Maintain project compliance and quality standards
• Establish and lead the PMO community
• Research and implement technological solutions
• Ensure teams are equipped with necessary tools and training
• Standardize processes and implement lean methodologies
• Recruit, develop, and inspire teams
• Mentor project management professionals
• Build client and leadership confidence through executive presence
• Collaborate with teams and vendors to deliver excellent client experiences
• Manage expectations and resolve issues

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Architecture, Engineering, or related field
• 7+ years in project/contract management with performance monitoring
• Strong analytical skills with complex datasets
