Johnson & Johnson Mexico City seeks a Bids Manager to lead the bid lifecycle across health sector opportunities, ensuring timely and compliant proposals.

You will coordinate the bids team, supervise document preparation and delivery, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to secure competitive awards.

Required: solid experience in bids/licitation processes, strong organization, and professional English; on-site work in Ciudad de México.

Qualifikationen

Experience leading bids and tender processes, ideally in health/ pharma.
Knowledge of government procurement and public contracting.
Experience leading teams and managing people.
Excellent organization, attention to detail, ability to handle multiple priorities.
Ability to work under pressure and resolve problems.
Fluency in English (intermediate+).

Supervise the preparation and presentation of documentation for bids.
Coordinate the bid delivery and tracking process.
