Nissan Mexicana is seeking a BI Sr. Specialist to join our Mexico City team and develop business intelligence solutions that drive Aftersales decisions.

You will design data models, KPI dashboards, and reporting solutions using SQL, Python, Snowflake, Tableau, and Power BI, translating complex requirements into actionable insights and measurable outcomes.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Math/Statistics or related field required.
• Minimum 5 years in BI, data analytics or related environments.
• Experience with KPI dashboards and scorecards for business analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL, Snowflake, Python and data visualization tools.

Education Requirement: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Analytics, Business Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

Sponsorship: We are currently looking for a BI Sr. Specialist to join our team in Mexico City. This position will be responsible for developing business intelligence solutions, analytics dashboards, and data visualizations that support strategic decision-making within the Aftersales organization. The role will leverage data analytics, reporting, and visualization technologies to transform complex business requirements into actionable insights. The BI Sr. Specialist will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, Aftersales teams, and cross-functional partners to develop performance scorecards, KPI dashboards, trend analyses, and reporting solutions that drive operational efficiency and business growth.

A Day in the Life

Design and develop business intelligence solutions that address business needs and reporting requirements. Translate end-user requirements into innovative dashboards, data models, and visualizations. Generate insights and recommendations using internal and external data sources.

Develop, maintain, and optimize reporting and analytics solutions using SQL, Python, Snowflake, Tableau, and Power BI. Extract, validate, transform, and analyze large data sets to support business objectives. Develop KPI dashboards and performance scorecards for business monitoring and decision-making. Design effective data models, trend forecasting solutions, and analytical visualizations.

Conduct testing and validation of reporting and analytics deliverables. Gather business requirements and identify opportunities to streamline processes through data solutions. Document data processes, business rules, and reporting methodologies. Perform data analysis, validation, mapping, and integration across multiple data sources. Support multiple projects simultaneously while collaborating effectively with technical and business teams.

Who We're Looking For

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Analytics, Business Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Aftersales, Purchasing, Marketing, or related business environments.
• Experience developing KPI dashboards and performance scorecards to support business analysis.
• Experience designing data models, trend forecasts, and analytical visualizations.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, Snow SQL, and Python.
• Strong understanding of relational database modeling and complex business calculations.
• Proficiency with Tableau and data visualization tools.
• Experience working with ETL processes and data integration solutions.
• Advanced analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to transform complex data into actionable business insights.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Desired:

• Master's degree in Information Technology, Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Experience with Snowflake, Informatica Prep, SAP Business Objects, and Power BI.
• Experience with self‑service ETL applications.
