Your Impact

• Innovative Solutions: Serve as the gatekeeper for new BI reporting requirements, providing ingenious solutions through existing tools or by pioneering new functionalities.
• Data Storytelling: Visualize raw, transformed, and modeled data using platforms like Power BI and Tableau, crafting compelling narratives for our business partners.
• Trailblazing Exploration: Explore new visualization techniques to enhance our data storytelling capabilities.
• Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with Business Teams, Relationship Managers, and IT to drive BI best practices and standards.
• Agile Development: Support BI development on Power BI and Tableau, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives to refine requirements and streamline processes, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
• Pioneering Automation: Propose and implement automation solutions to improve data quality and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in business, Computer Science, or equivalent

Experience

Minimum of 3-6 years of relevant experience in BI Development, especially with Power BI and Tableau.

• Data Dynamo: Proven experience in developing complex dashboards with large data volumes and understanding PepsiCo's business processes.
• Agile Mindset: Ability to work iteratively with stakeholders to deliver exceeding solutions.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, with effective collaboration.
• Innovative Spirit: Keen to adopt new technologies, with experience in cloud tech and diverse data sources a plus.
