Zifo is seeking a Benchling Analyst to oversee Benchling rollout at customers, collaborating with scientists to translate workflows into scalable Benchling solutions and to own end-to-end delivery with implementation consultants.

This role emphasizes requirements gathering, data modeling, design workshops, training materials, and user support during rollout. Ideal candidates have life sciences or informatics background with 5–7 years in pharma/biotech informatics or related roles.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with scientific teams to understand their software-related use cases and identify how Benchling can best support their business needs
• Capture user requirements and present them for review, balancing team needs with platform standards and scalability
• Leverage knowledge of Benchling product ecosystem to propose potential approaches during requirements gathering
• Lead requirements workshops, translating scientific workflows into data models, templates, and configurations
• Translate end-to-end assay data processes into scalable Benchling workflows for end users
• Collaborate with partners to hand off requirements and validate configurations through demos
• Develop test plans, guide UAT execution, and create documentation and training materials to support user training and onboarding
• Provide user support during rollout and early adoption
• Act as a trusted advisor to scientific stakeholders, guiding trade-offs and promoting Benchling best practices
