Ecommerce Apprentice – D2C Business Support

About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Ecommerce Apprentice to join our dynamic Ecommerce Team. In this role, you will support the Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) business, gaining hands-on experience in ecommerce operations, digital marketing, and customer engagement. This apprenticeship is a unique opportunity to kickstart your career in the fast-paced world of ecommerce, working alongside a team of experts who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

What You Will Do

• Assist with managing and updating the D2C ecommerce platform, including product listings, pricing, and inventory levels.
• Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns, such as email marketing, promotional plan, and paid advertisement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the online shopping experience and optimize website performance.
• Monitor customer feedback and assist in implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
• Analyze sales and website performance data, providing actionable insights to enhance D2C business growth.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive benchmarks.
• Help with day-to-day operational tasks, including order processing and fulfillment coordination.

Who You Are

• Strong interest in ecommerce and digital marketing
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of digital tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, CRM, CDP.
• Enthusiastic learner with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Analytic skills
• Advanced English
