A global manufacturing leader is looking for a candidate located in Jalisco to monitor IT and PTO Community Service metrics, manage IT applications, and lead small IT projects. Candidates should have teamwork, organizational skills, and technical knowledge of project management. This position promises a dynamic work environment focused on improvement and sustainability.

Formación

• Basic project management knowledge including lifecycle and phases.

Responsibilities:

1. Monitoring IT and PTO Community Service metrics:
   • Implement preventive actions to maintain optimal numbers.
   • Organize PTO events (progress control).
2. Managing IT Applications - Key activities:
   • Administer key IT application activities (assignments, reassignments, compliance monitoring).
   • Update system activities based on recent audits.
3. Lead a small IT project:
   • Basic documentation required.
   • Scope of work, schedule, risk management, closing presentation.

Skills:

• Teamwork.

Technical Knowledge:

• MS Office Suite.
• Basic project management knowledge (lifecycle and phases).
• Flowchart generation.
• Microsoft Power Automate (desirable).
