Job Role:

This role involves supporting various departments such as taxes, compensation, among others. The main responsibilities include being the primary contact for audits, reconciling payroll information, monitoring social security reconciliations, and developing analytical skills.

Responsibilities:
  1. Provide support to different departments and vendors.
  2. Reconcile variables for each monthly payroll.
  3. Provide supporting documents such as calculations to the tax department.
  4. Participate in process improvement projects.
  5. Support IMSS / INFONAVIT audits.
  6. Serve as the main support for Lilly employees.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, International Business or related fields.
  • Intermediate English proficiency.
  • Interest in developing analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills.
