About the role
Key responsibilities
Support and assist the Customer Care team and follow up on department projects. We seek someone interested in staying in the role, who enjoys customer service, and wants to grow within the team. Build trusted relationships with assigned Growth customers, provide solutions, and delight them with a positive, customer-centric attitude. Communicate professionally, timely, reliably, and consistently with internal and external customers. Partner with Account Managers to share insights, issues, and opportunities.

Main activities:

• Data management and analysis

Qualifications and skills
Student in the final semesters of Industrial and Systems Engineering, Accounting, Finance, or similar courses.

Knowledge of Power BI.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
