Overview

Coordinate the Production Scheduling and Customer Service team in order to meet the company's on-time delivery objectives. Lead internal recovery plans and their dissemination with customers. Maintain a good relationship with customers through constant and clear communication. Propose solutions and alternatives to maintain high customer ratings.

Responsibilities
  • Daily review of customer demand to define production plans and contingency plans, considering risks and consequences for customers.
  • Elaboration and follow-up of sales forecast based on customer demand; weekly development and daily follow-up of production schedule.
  • Manage and run S&OP for each production line and client; establish control mechanisms to guarantee fulfillment of client commitments.
  • Formulate strategic and operational plans for the department and procedures to implement them.
  • Prepare reports on the evolution of sales, service and incident plans; control the flow of information between department, production and transport to meet delivery deadlines.
  • Monitor customer needs, attend to service complaints and incidents, analyze causes, and implement solutions.
  • Attend customer suggestions and queries; measure customer satisfaction and implement improvements based on results.
  • Supervise generation of production plans and disseminate them internally; lead production plan review meetings.
Qualifications
  • Advanced English
  • Experience with SAP
  • Experience in sales forecast elaboration and S&OP processes
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams (production, planning, logistics) to meet customer delivery commitments
