About the role of the Barista:

The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks and other beverages, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and ensuring excellent customer service at all times.

What you will do:

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company recipes and standards.
• Operate espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including counters, machines, and seating areas.
• Stock and replenish food and beverage items as needed.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and inventory tasks.

What you bring:

• Fluency in Spanish and English is required
• A minimum of three (3) years working as a Barista
• Two (2) + years’ experience in a luxury hotel or similar environment is preferred
• Knowledge of Micros and Opera System is an asset
• Proficiency in operating computer equipment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Cross-cultural sensitivity and customer service orientation
• Guest-centric mindset and understanding of guest preferences
