Job summary

Citigroup Inc. is seeking a CitiGold Relationship Banker in a developing professional role. You will apply expertise to monitor, analyze, and improve client relationships, assess needs, and suggest suitable investments and fee-based products.

You will support risk and compliance while delivering a high-quality client experience, coordinating events and expanding CitiGold coverage for a growing client base in a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.
• 0-2 years relevant experience.
• Ability to manage relationships internal and external; ability to prioritise.
• Mandatory certifications as required for selling financial products.
• AMIB Certification (desirable).
• English language skills desirable.
• Customer service orientation.
• Excellent verbal communication.
• Knowledge of investments.

Responsibilities

• Client Account Management and proactive needs review.
• Engage with customers to validate needs and advise on asset allocation.
• Promote additional funds and fee-based products based on needs.
• Review product penetration and identify potential clients for tailored offerings.
• Ensure coverage of relationships through client engagements, risk profiling and financial planning.
• Organize CitiGold customer events to enhance bonding.
• Acquire new CitiGold customers via referrals and outreach.
• Adhere to KYC/AML and other compliance norms.
• Deliver exceptional client experience and escalate control issues when needed.
