The position requires 0–2 years of relevant experience, a bachelor's degree or equivalent, and desirable AMIB certification and English skills.

Responsabilités

• Client account management and relationship coverage for Citi clients.
• Review needs and asset allocation; pro-actively validate understanding of needs.
• Advise clients to enrich relationships by mobilizing funds and selling fee-based products/services.
• Review product penetration and identify opportunities to tailor products.
• Ensure risk profiling and compliance with KYC/AML and other controls.
• Organize Citi events to enhance client bonding and acquire new CitiGold customers.
• Uphold risk controls and escalate issues with transparency.
