One of the most respected Law Firms in Kentucky, USA, is looking for a top performer to serve as Bankruptcy Paralegal / Legal Assistant for US Clients, Located in Guadalajara, Jalisco, México.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft, process, and file bankruptcy-related documents accurately and on time.
  • Post sales customer service, provide consistent updates on their cases.
  • Review and analyze bankruptcy claims and track case progress.
  • Perform legal research and file documents through electronic platforms.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and stakeholders to resolve legal issues.
  • Maintain organized records of both hard copy and electronic case files.
  • Monitor deadlines to ensure compliance with bankruptcy court requirements.
  • Assist in preparing materials for court hearings, client meetings, and consultations.
  • Accountability and follow up for Bankruptcy assigned cases to you in our CRM.

EXPERTISE FIELDS:
  • Knowledge of bankruptcy laws and procedures is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Enjoys customer service.
  • Experience managing assigned tickets, cases, tasks in CRM or ticketing systems is a plus.
  • Experience reporting progress and challenges on their day-to-day assigned tasks.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both Spanish and English.
  • Commitment to client advocacy and delivering high-quality service.
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:
  • College Degree related to Finance, administration, or similar fields (it can be in progress).
PROGRAMS AND OTHERS:
  • Advanced Computer skills, Office Pack: Advanced Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Ideal knowledge on handling cases assigned via ticketing system.
LANGUAGES (this is mandatory):
  • Spanish: Native or business level.
  • English: Native or business level.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7 am to 4 pm CST (Or from 8 am to 5 pm CST according to daylight saving time begins and ends).
