We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with proven experience in the banking sector to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives in regulatory compliance, transformation programs, and core banking modernization. This role is critical to ensuring that strategic projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high-quality standards while managing risks, stakeholders, and dependencies effectively. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with hands-on project management experience in financial institutions, capable of navigating both business and technology domains.

What You Will Work On

• Lead end-to-end delivery of high-impact banking projects across regulatory, operational, and digital transformation domains.
• Drive strategic planning, scope definition, resource allocation, and budget management for large-scale initiatives.
• Coordinate between business units, compliance, legal, IT, and external vendors to ensure alignment and timely execution.
• Implement and oversee project governance, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), and change control processes.
• Ensure alignment with local and global banking regulations and audit requirements.
• Report progress to steering committees and executive sponsors with clear communication and risk mitigation plans.
• Manage cross-functional teams in Agile, Waterfall, methodologies depending on project needs.
• Contribute to process improvement and lessons learned to strengthen project execution standards.

What You Will Bring

• 8+ years of experience in project management within the banking or financial services industry.
• Proven track record in managing regulatory, compliance, system integration, or core banking projects.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including technology, operations, compliance, and senior leadership.
• Strong understanding of PM methodologies and tools (MS Project, Jira).
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into executable workstreams.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• PMP, Scrum Master is a strong plus.
• Fluency in English is a MUST
