Job summary

Citigroup Inc. in Mexico City is seeking a Sr. Business Analyst to support administrative and budgeting activities, including cost analysis, finance tracking and regulatory compliance.

You will contribute to budget planning, monitor expenditures, and coordinate with technology, finance and vendors to ensure accurate forecasts, timely reporting, and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of business analysis experience required.
• Experience creating documentation within standard development methodology.
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.

The Sr. Business Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for the overall administrative activities of a business. These tasks may include contribution to external audits, business continuity activities or addressing regulatory issues. The Sr. Business Analyst may assist in activities such as the tracking of business financials, managing employee headcount or coordination of other administrative needs. May work on ad hoc projects as requested.

Responsibilities

• Gestión integral de presupuesto E2E para proyectos tecnológicos de Cards.
• Coordinación del proceso de estimaciones tecnológicas, asegurando seguimiento con los equipos involucrados y cumplimiento de fechas.
• Seguimiento financiero de iniciativas: presupuesto, forecast, actuals y variaciones.
• Control y seguimiento del portafolio de proyectos e iniciativas de Cards.
• Coordinación con equipos de Tecnología, Finanzas, Negocio y proveedores para asegurar la correcta ejecución presupuestal.
• Seguimiento a altas, renovaciones y gestión presupuestal de proveedores tecnológicos.
• Elaboración de reportes ejecutivos y análisis para la toma de decisiones.
• Identificación y seguimiento de riesgos, desviaciones presupuestales y acciones de mitigación.
• Seguimiento de compromisos, hitos y dependencias entre equipos.
• Preparación de información para foros ejecutivos y de gobierno.
