The IT Sr Function Group Manager manages multiple teams of senior professionals through other senior managers. The job requires a broad and comprehensive understanding of the different systems, theories and practices relevant to a function as well as practical experience of multiple business cycles. In-depth knowledge of the industry and direct competitors' products/services is also necessary in order to contribute to the commercial objectives of the business. Requires thorough understanding of strategic direction of the function within the business, combined with a solid conceptual/practical grounding in both the function and/ or area of expertise. Excellent communication skills required in order to influence a wide range of audiences. The job is likely to be involved in both internal and external negotiations which will have a major impact on the area managed, and possibly on other related areas and organization as a whole. Develops medium- to long-term plans and executes functional strategies for a large/complex country, cluster of countries, or business requiring coordination and integration across units. ARQUITECTURA INTELIGENCIA ARTIFICIAL

Esta organización se concibe bajo un modelo operativo matricial: mantiene una gobernanza centralizada para definir la arquitectura objetivo (Target Architecture), pero despliega a sus arquitectos en las distintas células o líneas de negocio para asegurar el delivery .

1. Práctica de Arquitectura de Sistemas Agénticos y Decisión

Esta unidad es responsable de los patrones de diseño donde la IA deja de ser solo un modelo predictivo y se convierte en un sistema autónomo que ejecuta flujos de trabajo.

• Funciones:
  • Definir los frameworks para la orquestación de sistemas de IA Agéntica (comunicación multi-agente).
  • Diseñar los patrones de integración entre los LLMs/modelos cognitivos y los motores de reglas de negocio corporativos (como Pega Systems).
  • Estandarizar el diseño de memorias de contexto (vector databases) para mantener la coherencia en procesos conversacionales o transaccionales asíncronos.

2. Práctica de Arquitectura de Plataformas y MLOps

Es el núcleo de la ingeniería, enfocado en proveer la infraestructura y las "carreteras" automatizadas para el ciclo de vida del dato y del modelo.

• Funciones:
  • Diseñar las topologías y la arquitectura del ecosistema analítico distribuido (ej. estándares de despliegue sobre plataformas como Databricks).
  • Definir los pipelines corporativos de MLOps para el entrenamiento, validación, despliegue continuo (CI/CD/CT) y monitoreo de modelos en producción.
  • Orquestar la arquitectura de procesamiento batch y en tiempo real, integrando los flujos de IA con los planificadores empresariales (como AutoSys o Control-M).

3. Práctica de Integración y Modernización Core

Garantiza que la IA pueda leer y escribir en los sistemas transaccionales críticos sin afectar la estabilidad operativa del banco.

  • Diseñar las capas de abstracción y APIs de baja latencia que conectan los motores de inferencia de IA con el core bancario y los sistemas _legacy_.
  • Definir los patrones de arquitectura orientada a eventos (EDA) para que los modelos reaccionen en tiempo real a las transacciones financieras.
  • Asegurar que las llamadas a los modelos de IA escalen elásticamente para soportar los picos transaccionales del core.

4. Práctica de Arquitectura de Canales Inteligentes

Se enfoca en cómo la tecnología de IA se expone al cliente final o al usuario interno a través de las plataformas digitales.

• Funciones:
  • Diseñar la arquitectura de interfaces dinámicas, habilitando ecosistemas de micro-frontends que se adaptan en tiempo real basándose en las decisiones del motor de IA.
  • Establecer los patrones técnicos para embeber capacidades de hiper-personalización y _next-best-action_ directamente en los canales digitales (Móvil, Web, Cajeros).

5. Práctica de Seguridad Arquitectónica de IA (AI Security)

Unidad transversal indispensable para mitigar los riesgos tecnológicos introducidos por la inteligencia artificial generativa y predictiva.

• Funciones:
  • Implementar arquitecturas de seguridad bajo un modelo _Zero Trust_ estricto para proteger los endpoints de los modelos y las APIs de consumo.
  • Diseñar barreras técnicas a nivel de red y aplicación contra inyección de prompts, envenenamiento de datos (data poisoning) y exfiltración de información sensible (DLP en IA).
  • Asegurar la trazabilidad técnica a nivel de logs y metadatos para habilitar la auditoría algorítmica requerida por el cumplimiento normativo.
