As a remote-first leader, you will drive best practices, CI/CD, testing, and observability, collaborating with product and frontend teams to align technical direction with business goals.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years in backend development with 3+ years in leadership or senior roles.
• Proven experience designing scalable distributed systems.
• Strong proficiency in Python, Java, Go or Node.js and frameworks.
• Extensive cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP) and microservices.
• Deep knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases and data modeling.
• Experience with message queues and caching.
• Familiarity with containers (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Excellent problem solving and communication; remote/AGILE work experience.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in designing and building complex, scalable distributed systems.
• Strong proficiency in one or more backend programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, Go, Node.js) and their associated frameworks.
• Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architecture.
• Deep understanding of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL) and data modeling.
• Experience with message queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ) and caching mechanisms.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and inspire engineering teams.
• Experience working effectively in a remote, agile environment.
