Our client is seeking an experienced Backend/API Software Engineer for our Loyalty App team. You will build backend components and APIs to support our mobile apps. Collaborate closely with native and backend engineers, as well as cross-functional partners, to design, develop, experiment, and implement exciting new features that empower buyers to shop with confidence.

Qualities that will help you thrive in this role are:

• 5+ years of experience in backend/API software engineering (or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in at least one backend programming language (preferably PHP).
• Experience with API design and development (RESTful APIs preferred).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Proficiency in English.
